EBS is committed to providing the professional services you need to obtain the maximum efficiencies possible from the products you acquire from us.

Employee Based Systems provides a full range of professional services for the installation and implementation of your Payroll Optimization products. EBS will work in partnership with your Payroll/HR team to configure the Payroll Optimization products so that all your needs are met.

If services beyond the standard installation and implementation are required, EBS will provide a Scope Statement with associated fees for any customizations which you might require. In some instances, additional feature and function may be requested by a new client. When such customizations are deemed more global in scope, they will become part of the standard product feature set.

In addition to the above services, EBS provides training and education on all of its products. Typically Payroll Optimization training can be Webinar based. Webinars are used in small group situations, for example one system administrator and less than 5 supervisors. If a larger group of supervisors needs to be trained, EBS recommends on-site classroom based training, and will send its training personnel to your location for on-site training.
